The LRU-16/P Life Raft Assembly consists of an inflation assembly (CO₂ and inflation valve), a sea anchor, storage pockets for emergency beacons and light, ballast bags/water pockets, a spray/weather shield, and an inflatable floor.

The packaged configuration of the One Man Life Raft Assembly including survival items will vary depending on the application of the raft.
